Stop the Service Charge! Nauls Mill House Residents Deserve Better

Early this year tenants at Nauls Mill house were informed that their service charge would be increasing from around £12 per week to £31.50 per week. This increase is unprecedented and will have a serious effect on the lives of tenants who will be paying almost £20 more per week, affecting their home budgets.

This service charge increase also comes while tenants are still experiencing issues

ACORN are organising with members and residents have been complaining of:

  • Broken lifts
  • Broken security doors
  • Insecure access and poor security management
  • Filthy common areas
  • Cockroach infestations
  • Insufficient parking for resident

To increase this service charge which will have significant financial impact while also experiencing poor service delivery is unacceptable to ACORN, our members and other residents in Nauls Mill House.

Please complete this email campaign in order to put pressure on Citizen to meet with tenants and to stop this unfair service charge increase.
