Respect Kelsey and pay her the compensation she is owed!

On the day Kelsey moved in to 29 Edgeworth Drive, after she had already signed the contract, her property manager Mr Stogias informed her that some dusty patches of paint could be due to damp and to inform him if they turned mouldy. After just 5 days, Kelsey noticed mould and promptly informed him. Mr Stogias' subsequent failure to adequately address this issue of mould resulted in completely unacceptable living ...

On the day Kelsey moved in to 29 Edgeworth Drive, after she had already signed the contract, her property manager Mr Stogias informed her that some dusty patches of paint could be due to damp and to inform him if they turned mouldy. After just 5 days, Kelsey noticed mould and promptly informed him. Mr Stogias' subsequent failure to adequately address this issue of mould resulted in completely unacceptable living conditions, which put Kelsey's health at risk, caused her undue stress, damaged some of her belongings and ultimately forced her to move out before the end of her tenancy.

With Kelsey taking the lead, we have already communicated with Mr Stogias, clearly outlining all of the issues and negligence that Kelsey has experienced, complete with supporting evidence. Despite this, Mr Stogias still refuses to take responsibility for his failure as a property manager to take adequate measures to address the mould and provide Kelsey with safe living conditions. In fact, rather than take responsibility, he has responded by making unsubstantiated allegations of negligence from Kelsey, blaming her for the awful conditions.

We have given Mr Stogias ample opportunity to take responsibility and provide Kelsey with full and fair compensation for her awful experience. We are therefore now raising this issue with the Director of Zear Property, Jay Allen, as all email communication from Mr Stogias has come from a Zear Property email address.

Collectively, let's show Jay Allen and Mr Stogias that we will support Kelsey until she receives the compensation that she is due!
