Demand suitable housing for Marie's family

Our member Marie is a tenant of Lambeth council. She has faced 6 years of ongoing leaks, serious mould and infestations. Her ceiling has finally collapsed, exposing asbestos. Lambeth Council moved Marie and her two adult children into just one hotel room, after she fought for them to safely house her.  They are expected to move out of the hotel by Saturday 14th May but the repairs are still not fixed, so they have nowhere to go! 

Councillor Danny Adilypour is responsible for housing in Lambeth.  ACORN Lambeth have emailed and attended Adilypour's surgery with Marie. Adilypour has said he will give an update this week when he gets a response from council officers, Marie is still waiting for answers.

Together, we are stronger.  Let's tell Adilypour that the people of Lambeth need decent, safe and secure housing.  Demand Marie has suitable housing!
